The missing ingredient?

Welcome to this week’s words of wisdom for creatives.

Today, I have a little puzzle for you…

Last week I shared with you a blueprint for more joyful productivity – 5 Steps To Enjoying More Flow Productivity – but it occurred to me that there was a missing ingredient.

At least, it was missing from the blueprint.

Did you spot it?

Did you notice that there’s a crucial core aspect not mentioned in my list?

If you didn’t, I’m hoping that’s because – a little like fish in water – we don’t notice something if it’s everywhere.

Because the essential ingredient that’s not on my Flow Productivity blueprint is…

Wellness.

And the reason it’s not on the list is that it’s already built into all of my processes.

It’s the reason I call my work Holistic Creativity Coaching, because my approach – every course, every blog post, every email to you – is grounded in a lifetime of study and practice of wellness principles.

Developing creativity… & so much more

If you’re planning to stay in my world en route to more joyful productivity, you don’t need to worry – wellness is already baked in as a powerful and supportive secret ingredient.

However, I wanted to alert you to this aspect, in case you had plans to take my blueprint and run with it.

If you do choose to DIY, I highly recommend including this vital 6th ingredient – the wellness aspect, in all its forms:

• Physical health & vitality

• Energy levels

• Sleep, nutrition & movement

• Emotional balance

• Spiritual calm

• A supportive connection to life

These aspects provide a sound and supportive foundation for more joy, flow and productivity in whatever you’re up to in the world.

Which is why they’re built into my work as part of my holistic approach.

These foundational wellness principles are at the heart of each and every course and coaching programme.

Because I don’t just want to help you create your projects and plans – I want to help you thrive.

I want to help you excel in your chosen field, and to enjoy the journey, and to love your unique path as much as possible. 😍

And I believe that wellness is an essential basis for all of the above.

So, if you’re in my world, you can rest assured that the wellness ingredient is not missing at all – it’s the invisible thread that runs through everything I create and offer.

Because I believe it’s the best foundation not just for more productivity but for your happiest success and ultimate fulfilment.

Wellness is the bedrock of effortless creativity.

This idea is actually how I got started with this work – with my first online course The Muse Spa back in 2013. (Despite that bumpy start…)

So I hope you’re now as convinced as I am of the vital role your wellness can play in your creative journey.

And however you continue your creative adventures, I hope you’ll devote as much quality time and attention to your health and wellbeing as possible.

This is the holistic route to creative success, and it’s the one I most recommend – for you, for your loved ones, and for your greatest work.

And if you’d like a deeper experience of the magic of this wellness-based approach to creative support, there are details below of how you can get started.

Wishing you a healthy, happy and creative weekend,

PS As a curiously delightful quirk of creative living… expression can also be good for our health!

It’s a virtuous cycle of wellbeing, happiness and joyful creative expression:

Our wellness supports our creativity, and our creative fun boosts our energy, vitality and inner peace.
